10 MIN UPPER BODY WORKOUT + Booty Band / Back, Arms & Chest I Pamela Reif

▸This little piece of equipment is no joke ♥︎ if it can make our booty sexy, it can also do its magic for our upper body! / Werbung

I am super duper extra excited about this routine… because we have never done something like this before!!
▸ INSANE for muscle activation. You will feel all the different parts of your upper body working!
▸ You can decrease intensity by dropping the Booty Band and doing it with an imaginary one :D
▸ You can increase intensity by using a stronger Booty Band or 2 at once.
▸ Nice to combine with gym sessions! Do it as an activation in the beginning of your weight session. Makes such a difference once you grab heavy weights.
▸ This workout is also HIGHLY suitable for men! Ask your partner, brother or dad to join. They might laugh in the beginning… but they will quit laughing soon :D

NO BAND? Grab some water bottles. Will train the muscles differently, but still super efficient!! It's gonna burn for sure.

And don't worry: a band or water bottles won't give you bulky and huge muscles. Rather some toned and defined ones.

a new KILLER Classic Leg Workout… trains your bubble butt, inner and outer thighs \u0026 your calves ♥︎ you gotta put in the extra work to get extraordinary results! The pain in my eyes says it all :D / Anzeige

What do we train?
▸ BOOTY: Sit back during all the Squats, keeping your weight on your heel. Activate the butt cheeks to push yourself up again \u0026 squeeze them tight at the top position. Also pay attention to keep your knees STABLE and not let them collapse inwards on your way up. Important!
▸ THIGHS: Big Inner Thigh focus for all the Sumo squats.
▸ CALVES: those parts almost feel like a rest haha!!! A tiny muscle, that I tend to neglect myself. But I enjoy the burn a lot :)
▸ different FEET POSITIONS, so we train all sides of our sexy legs. Switching positions is always a good option to hit the muscles form all angles!

♥︎ Your stuck with me for those 10 minutes anyways .. so make sure you use them wisely!

▸ This workout burns between 70-110kcal, depending on your fitness level, height and weight.

Sitting a lot? Got some neck pain? Looking like a turtle with a round back and your head sticking forward? Let’s stretch! ♥︎/ Werbung

… with the most amazing music and view!! This is a full on „Birdy“ video.. and I somehow wish I created a longer stretching routine. Just to enjoy the music haha.

What is this routine good for?
▸ ease neck pain. I included a lot of neck stretches in the beginning. Small movements - big impact!
▸ correct the typical "desk position“. Head sticking forward, shoulders rounded \u0026 probably some pain or stiffness at the end of the day.
▸ open the chest, mobilize the spine, stretch the shoulders and the back.
▸ standing straight instantly makes you look taller, fitter and more confident as well!

You can do this after any kind of workout, after sitting at your desk for a long time, in the morning or before you go to bed :) there is no "wrong" timing here.

No Equipment needed. Just prepare a soft surface like a yoga mat or towel :) .. and a wall haha.
